  • The iMedicate Pilot is a research study where patients help us test how well the app supports medication adherence in everyday life. Your participation helps us improve features and prove impact.

  • In your settings, under Join clinic, simply type in the code PILOT.

  • Your data is used only for the purposes of this pilot—to understand and improve medication adherence. It is encrypted, and only visible to you, to iMedicate for research purposes, and to your provider if you connect with their clinic.

  • Nope! This is a research study, so your participation is completely free.

  • Yes. You’re always in control. If you choose to leave, you can request to have all of your data permanently deleted.description

  • Yes, you can still use iMedicate on your own. The pilot just gives you the chance to contribute to research and connect with providers.

FAQs

  • Request to join by pressing the button at the begging of this page! It will lead you to a clinic portal where you can create your account. From there, you will also create a clinic code, associated to your provider account, for your patients to use.

  • You’ll see patient adherence logs, and missed doses at a glance. Data can be viewed individually or as a clinic summary.

  • When creating your account, you generate a clinic code. Patients enter the code in their app settings, which securely connects them to your clinic.

  • You’ll see medication adherence data (taken, missed, not yet logged). You will not see unrelated or personal information. Future updates include sharing patient mood journals (if they grant access to sharing this data).

  • Yes. All data is encrypted, stored securely, and handled in compliance with HIPAA standards.

  • If patients leave the pilot or delete the app, they’re automatically removed from your dashboard. Their data can also be deleted at their request.

  • No. The dashboard is designed to be simple and intuitive. Our team will provide quick onboarding support if needed.

  • Nope — not for now, at least. We are currently beta testing our clinic dashboard, so this feature is currently free!
